Riding a rollercoaster, you make me feel so!
I sometimes let my feelings for you grow,
It’s when life feels adventurous and sweet,
And I’m flying, laughing, swept off my feet!
But then your heart gets suddenly cruel,
Making me feel completely like a fool,
Who’s been wrong and blind all the way,
Feeling you’ve never loved me for a day!
It’s when the rollercoaster crashes down,
And I am accompanied by a sad frown,
Fearfully grasping, unable to ride up again,
Coz all my innocent hope was turned in vain!
Then from my illusions I get awakened up,
As my life’s rollercoaster rises to go up,
I realize, in the first place, I’ve never had you,
I only dream so, to be able to live through…
