The Only Hope

When there are many clouds up in the sky,
When I see that all my dreams fade and die,
When there’s no sunshine, only heavy rain,
When I feel no happiness, only severe pain,
I turn to you; I reach out to your hand,
The rescue that can lift me from this land,
Because when you put me on your shoulder,
There is nothing in the world I can’t conquer,
You’re the only hope that makes me go on,
With you, all my hurt can be forever gone,
That’s why I’ll hold on so strongly to you,
Even if this is the last thing I will ever do…
