After an unintended break from writing poetry for three months, I'm finally back! And I'm glad!
I have to say, it's a weak poem, but it's good for a start after 3 months of absence :)
You're precious, whatever happened,
I want to treasure you till the end,
Wash those cruel memories away,
Embrace love to come your way…
I surely don't care about your past,
But I want your heart to heal fast,
So, don't run, don't hide, stay strong,
There's pain you've hid for so long,
Break free, tell your story, say it all,
It shows how you can stand tall,
You're unique, you deserve better,
Don't you dare feel mistaken, ever!
Please don't make it hard for me,
I want to help you, listen to me,
There's nothing worth your tears,
I'm here; I'll erase all those fears!
Your life will be different, I know,
Please trust me, and totally let go...
